The welding of PVC and linoleum floor coverings is made all the easier with the Leister product range. Machines to prepare the welding groove, hand held and automatic welding machines enable the professional to replicate perfect welding seams with little effort.

Banners, tents, tarpaulins and many other items manufactured from synthetic industrial fabrics can be easily welded using Leister tools. PVC, PP, ECB or EPDM coated fabrics and membranes are quickly and simply welded with high quality but easy to operate machines.
Leister industrial heat source systems are used in many and varied industrial processes. A range of heaters, blowers, controllers and nozzles allow many combinations of air flows and temperatures to dry, sterilise, shrink, warm, melt, gloss, weld or cure plus many other uses.
Basic heat up to fully PLC controlled systems are available.
A wide range of standard nozzles are available. Custom built nozzles are a possibility.
Plastral is the Australian agent for the Ritmo range of butt fusion machines. There are both manual and electro hydraulic machines in this high quality range that can weld pipe from 25mm to 1200mm for either low or high pressure. Basic to full CNC butt welders make this range complete.
Machinery to manufacture fittings from pipe is also a feature of the Ritmo range along with band saws designed for pipe cutting.
These manual workshop or construction site machines are for socket welding of pipes and fittings made of PE, PP, PP-R, PVDF and PB. A range of sockets and spigots from 16mm to 125mm in type A and B is available.
Ritmo produces electrofusion machines for low and high pressure applications with cable pins to suit all brands of electrical couplers.
